MeowMorph(「本應用程式」)由開發者 Jay Su(「我們」)營運,提供「把照片變成貓圖」的 AI 影像生成服務。本政策說明我們蒐集哪些資料、如何使用,以及你的權利。

你上傳的照片會經由以下第三方服務處理:Google Gemini(場景分析),以及影像生成服務——主要為 Cloudflare Workers AI;當主要服務無法使用時,系統可能改由備援生成服務(Pollinations,或相容服務如 DeepInfra / Together AI)處理由照片衍生的文字描述以完成生成。照片僅用於完成你發起的生成請求。生成失敗不會扣除任何額度。
本應用程式使用下列服務,其各自的隱私政策適用:Firebase / Google(驗證、資料庫、分析)、Google AdMob(廣告)、Sentry(當機回報)、RevenueCat(購買處理)、Cloudflare(影像生成)、Google Gemini(影像分析)、Pollinations 及 OpenAI 相容生成服務(DeepInfra / Together AI,僅備援)。我們不出售你的個人資料。
免費生成的圖檔保存 30 天後自動刪除;帳號資料保存至你刪除帳號為止。被檢舉的內容可能為審核目的最長保存 90 天。
本應用程式分級為 12+,並非以未滿 13 歲兒童為對象。若你未滿法定年齡,請在法定代理人同意下使用。

MeowMorph (the “App”) is operated by developer Jay Su (“we”). The App turns your photos into AI-generated cat images. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Uploaded photos are processed by the following third-party services: Google Gemini (scene analysis) and image-generation services — primarily Cloudflare Workers AI; if the primary service is unavailable, fallback generation services (Pollinations, or compatible providers such as DeepInfra / Together AI) may process the text description derived from your photo to complete the generation. Photos are used solely to fulfill the generation request you initiate. Failed generations are never charged.
The App uses the following services, each governed by its own privacy policy: Firebase / Google (authentication, database, analytics), Google AdMob (ads), Sentry (crash reporting), RevenueCat (purchase processing), Cloudflare (image generation), Google Gemini (image analysis), and Pollinations / OpenAI-compatible generation services (DeepInfra / Together AI, fallback only). We do not sell your personal data.
Free-tier generated images are deleted automatically after 30 days. Account data is kept until you delete your account. Reported content may be retained for up to 90 days for moderation purposes.
The App is rated 12+ and is not directed at children under 13. If you are under the age of majority, please use the App with the consent of a legal guardian.
